A graduate, with honours, of the University of Warsaw’s law faculty.
Andrzej has many years of experience in providing complex legal services for business companies, most notably in the advertising, e-commerce, financial, construction, automotive and airport industries, as well as universities and other academic institutions.
The staples of Andrzej’s practice include business processes, contract drafting and negotiation, public procurement, complex due-diligence audits, and alternative (amicable) dispute resolution (ADR). Andrzej provides advice on a wide spectrum of cases, including those with an international angle. Since its very beginning he participates as a member in the Warsaw International Lawyers Group of Warsaw Bar Association.
Andrzej also serves as defendant’s counsel in criminal cases, especially of white-collar-crime nature.
He is the author of numerous analyses, opinions and studies, including those for the purposes of draft legislation in the legislation process.
